From Plans to Final Inspection
This is where I'd explain your actual process rather than listing more services.
1. Plans & Electrical Design
We review the architectural plans, discuss how you intend to use the home, and identify electrical and technology requirements before construction begins.
2. Rough-In
Electrical, low-voltage, network, audio, security, lighting, and technology infrastructure are installed while the framing is accessible.
3. Trim & Equipment Installation
Once finishes are complete, we install receptacles, switches, fixtures, speakers, network equipment, televisions, controls, and other selected technology.
4. Programming & Commissioning
Smart-home, lighting, network, audio, and other integrated systems are configured, tested, and ready for use.
Don't Build Today's House With Yesterday's Electrical Plan
This is the section I'd really lean into.
A basic electrical plan may satisfy code requirements, but it doesn't necessarily account for how a modern home is actually used.
Where will your TVs go?
Where should wireless access points be located?
Do you want ceiling speakers?
Are you considering Control4?
Will you eventually add a pool, outdoor kitchen, detached garage, EV charger, home theater, golf simulator, cameras, or landscape lighting?
These decisions are considerably easier—and often less expensive—to accommodate before insulation and drywall.
You don't necessarily need to install everything now. We can help make sure the infrastructure is there when you're ready.

Building your own home doesn't mean you have to figure out every technical detail yourself.
