Techkinect worked with Scheffer Custom Builders during a basement renovation in Cincinnati, Ohio to prepare a dedicated space for a future golf simulator.
Our scope focused on the electrical and low-voltage infrastructure required for the simulator room. We installed dedicated 20A power for simulator equipment, network cabling, speaker wiring, and flexible conduit pathways to accommodate the technology within the finished space.
The project also included new recessed lighting and modifications to existing electrical and low-voltage wiring required as part of the basement renovation. Existing circuits were relocated and repaired where framing and previous demolition affected the electrical system.
By coordinating the electrical and technology infrastructure during construction, the room was prepared for the golf simulator equipment before the walls and finishes were completed.
